Nikon Corporation, Imaging Company is pleased to announce that the new COOLPIX 995 digital camera offers support for "PRINT Image Matching", the latest printer technology from SEIKO EPSON Corporation (http://www.epson.co.jp/e/).

When the COOLPIX 995 and a "PRINT Image Matching" compatible printer are used, vivid photo-quality print results are easily obtained without the need for retouching to compensate for individual printer characteristics.

Nikon will consider each new COOLPIX product in light of customer needs before making any decision regarding "PRINT Image Matching" compatibility, while the D1X / D1H models do not support "PRINT Image Matching".
