| Ans : | The following problems occur when images are saved in NEF format with Nikon Capture 3 version 3.5.0
or NEF-format images are rotated with Nikon View 5 version 5.1.4 and then opened in Nikon Capture version 2.0.3
or 3.0.0, or Nikon View 5 version 5.1.3.
Nikon Capture 2 version 2.0.3 - Images are rotated forty-five degrees. Nikon Capture 3 version 3.0.0 - Image colors are affected. Nikon View 5 version 5.1.3 - Images open at an extremely small size (10x6 pixels). - Images saved in NEF format with a White Balance setting of "Calculate Automatically" applied are displayed with a pronounced green tone. We recommend that users of Nikon Capture 3 version 3.0.0 upgrade to Nikon Capture 3 version 3.5.0, and that users of Nikon View 5 version 5.1.3 upgrade to Nikon View 5 version 5.1.4. |
