| Ans : | These problems occur when images are saved in NEF format with Nikon Capture version 3.5.0 or
NEF-format images are rotated with Nikon View version 5.1.4 and then opened in Nikon Capture version 2.0.3 or Nikon View version 5.1.3.
If you are currently usinge Nikon View 5 version 5.1.3, please upgrade it to Nikon View 5 version 5.1.4 or later. Users of Nikon Capture 2 version 2.0.3 should upgrade to Nikon Capture 2 version 2.0.4 or later. |
