4086 When an image is saved in a different format with Nikon Capture Editor and the image then rotated in Nikon View, the effects of rotation are reflected in the thumbnail display. However, when the image is opened, it has not been rotated.
This problem occurs when the following image-format conversions are made:
NEF to TIFF, NEF to JPEG, TIFF to JPEG, JPEG to TIFF
This problem does NOT occur when the following image-format conversions are made:
TIFF to NEF, JPEG to NEF
In addition, when a TIFF image is converted to JPEG format and then rotated, the image cannot be opened in Photoshop.

3223 When installing the PTP driver included in Nikon View 5 and Nikon Capture 3 to a PC the Windows XP Service Pack 1 has been installed, an error dialog reporting the following is displayed: the driver to be installed is a newer version than an update to be applied, and this update will be installed only on the computer that Service Pack has not installed.
