How to apply for Nikon Salon
| 1. How to apply | Please fill out the entry form and then send your application and photographs to the Office of Nikon Salon. About your photographs Submit photographs (approximately 40 or more) that fit the following requirements:

| 2. Where to apply | Entries should be mailed or personally delivered to the Offices of Nikon Salon or to the Ginza, Shinjuku or Osaka Nikon Salon. |
| 3. Results of your entry | Entries will be evaluated and judged by the Selection Committee of Nikon Salon. |
| 4. Deadline for entry | The last day of the following months: February, April, June, August, October, and December. ※You are not allowed to re-apply until one year after your first exhibition at Nikon Salon. |
| 5. Selection | Selections are made in the month following the deadline. After selection, the Office of Nikon Salon will notify you of its decisions via mail. |

Nikon Salon gallery information
| 1. | Gallery usage is free. |
| 2. | If the exhibitor wishes to cancel their exhibition, they must inform Nikon Salon three months in advance. Otherwise, they will be responsible for Nikon Salon's operational costs for the duration of the exhibitor's scheduled time. |
| 3. | Available time period for each gallery:

| 4. | Operating hours and closed dates:

| 5. | Transferring the gallery rights to a third party is prohibited. |
| 6. | Charging visitors is also prohibited. Exhibitor cannot sell books or other goods without explicit permission from the gallery. |
| 7. | Exhibitors cannot change the layout of the gallery space, including the partitions. He or she cannot carry or display anything but photographs without explicit permission from the gallery. |
| 8. | Exhibitors must compensate for any loss or damage of gallery facilities or equipment for which they are entrusted. |
| 9. | If the Office of Nikon Salon decides that an exhibition differs from what was described in the application form, the exhibitor must remove and withdraw the exhibition immediately, even if it is during the exhibition period. |
| 10. | While in the gallery, we ask exhibitors to refrain from the display or promotion of information from related companies. |
| 11. | We ask exhibitors to provide their own staff volunteers during exhibition hours. These people will be responsible for the security of the works, facilities and equipment, as well as answering questions and providing any information regarding the exhibit. The exhibitor should provide volunteers for the entire exhibition period. |
| 12. | Nikon Salon will not repair or compensate for any loss or damage to the exhibited works during the exhibition period. |
| 13. | Due to an agreement with the Photo Gallery Connection, we ask exhibitors to decline receiving flowers. |
- ※All galleries use fluorescent light (Color rendering: Natural daylight color fluorescent lamp). Spotlights (halogen lights) can be provided.
For your exhibition
Exhibitor must provide the following:
- Prints, mats and framing work
- Delivery of photographs to the gallery.
Nikon will provide the following:
- A set portion of production costs for invitation cards.
- Production costs for greeting, profile and caption panels.
- Frame rental
- Invitation card postage fees (Excludes personal invitations)
- Press release
- Exhibition space
- Staff to hang the exhibitor's works in the gallery provided.
- ※If the exhibitor would like color invitation cards, and/or they require an amount of caption cards that Nikon Salon deems excessive, the exhibitor will be asked to provide a portion of the production fees.
